Success Story
Callr is a communications and conversation analytics solution that gives companies the tools they need to build conversations into their apps and business processes.
Founded in 2011 as a registered telecommunications carrier, Callr is an early pioneer of the Communications platform-as-a-service category.
Callr came to Eleius seeking a better understanding of its customers and markets in order to better steer its product, sales and marketing efforts.
In effect, although Callr kept detailed data on the evolution of the services its customers were consuming, it was harder for them to determine what defined their most attractive customers: their ultimate line of business, the countries where they operated, what they were building, and how their own markets were moving.
Eleius led a strategic assignment to determine Callr’s ideal customer profiles and to home in on the specific niches and use cases it needed to focus on to grow:
Having assessed that Callr’s strengths and market potential lay in facilitating high-consideration transactions, in the property and automotive sectors in particular, Callr was then able to more effectively focus its efforts and to serve an industry-wide shift to marketplace and technology-enabled business models in these sectors.
From there on, we we moved to to rebrand and relaunch the company:

Success Story
Datalog built a comprehensive Treasury Management System that stands out in the global market for cash management solutions with its unique modularity, breadth and flexibility. With a new SaaS offering, it set its sights on global opportunities.
Datalog tapped Eleius to augment their existing in-house resources, bring an international market perspective, and take them to the next level. We were hired to position the company, rebrand it and launch it at the top US event in its category.
In the first phase, Eleius successfully articulated Datalog’s benefits to corporate treasurers, designed a new brand identity, released a new website, and produced tools to carry the message through sales channels.
In the next phase, Eleius’ growth team took over the go-to-market campaign. Datalog had just one representative in North America, but efforts from Paris were effective at generating new leads via industry event activations, PPC campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences.
With more to do, Datalog is depending on Eleius as its turnkey marketing partner. Our mission moving forward is to increase visibility in the market, create SEO content, streamline sales operations, and generate more leads.

Success Story
In 2021, with an upswing in demand for secure and sovereign collaboration solutions in Europe, Oodrive set its sight on growing its sales outside of its home market in France.
The company’s management team decided that it needed a messaging and branding refresh to support its new ambitions and started to look for a marketing partner to lead its international relaunch.
Eleius offered to fully position, message, brand and relaunch Oodrive in English, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian and German.
Oodrive was impressed with the graphic design portfolio of Eleius, its unique approach based on the preliminary authoring of a detailed positioning platform prior to rebranding, strong expertise in relaunching software vendors, its unique ability to produce all marketing assets in English first and then “transcreate” them into all other primary European languages with skilled tech savvy copywriters in all languages.
A 10-week assignment by a duo of Eleius product marketers followed a rigorous process to author a document detailing the company’s unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging, at the corporate level down to individual products in the Oodrive suite.
In particular, the Eleius messaging assignment led to position the company as offering “Europe’s first trusted collaboration suite”. A number of case studies were authored to guide future customer testimonial best practices in relaying the company’s key messaging and selling points.
In less than 6 months, the mission to relaunch Oodrive was accomplished. Eleius participated in a company wide kick-off to reveal the new identity and all the new marketing and sales assets it had produced.
Eleius then led agile iterative lead generation campaigns for Oodrive over a period of one year.
The collaboration enabled the company to step up its lead generation game, integrate its marketing and sales team better, and progressively adopt key growth hacking and campaign.

Success Story
Dolead is reshaping the lead generation space with the world’s first AI-powered, paid media Leads-as-a-Service solution.
In summer 2018 the company raised significant funding and set its sights on North America. With four months to go before the CEO’s planned relocation and aware that marketing was critical to a successful US launch, Dolead contacted Eleius on the recommendation of an investor.
Through research, workshops, and interviews, Eleius articulated the company’s fundamental breakthrough. The result was a repositioning as a martech vendor and a claim to a new Leads-as-a-Service category.
Next, following workshops with the Dolead team, Eleius authored brand identity guidelines defining the company’s visual and written identity.
Eleius then set about redesigning Dolead’s website. The resulting redesign, combined with clear, conversion-oriented copy, gave Dolead a website that sells. Eleius also developed a set of ebooks and worked with a US market research company to produce a whitepaper in order to kick-start the company’s lead generation.
The Eleius Data team also provided expert advice on how to construct and enrich Dolead’s target addressable market database, in addition to how to score contacts by their propensity to buy.
Eleius completed the project in 3 months and 20 days. Arthur relocated to Boston confident in having a crystal-clear value proposition, an engaging website and impactful marketing assets. Eleius also trained the US sales team on the company’s positioning and pitch.
Dolead landed 50 new clients within six months of opening the US office. It attributes a large part of this success to its collaboration with Eleius.

Success Story
Fieldbox is a fast growing services company that specializes in building and running AI-powered solutions for industrial operations. The company brings together expert consultants with career experience in industry, skilled data scientists and developers. Thanks to its unique focus on bringing the power of AI to industry, the company has grown rapidly since its initial launch in 2014, securing top tier references, and establishing itself as a leader in its home market of France.
From its headquarters in Bordeaux, Fieldbox set its sights on global expansion, with a focus on European and Asian markets. To support the company’s international goals, the marketing team sought out the services of an expert agency that would overhaul the company’s brand identity and revamp its website. Its leadership team also identified a strong need to set its offer apart in a competitive global marketplace overflowing with providers all touting data science services.
Eleius was selected to take on the challenge of repositioning and relaunching Fieldbox, beginning with a six-week product marketing deep dive to define and author the company’s global positioning and messaging strategy. We rapidly honed in on what made Fieldbox unique: not only did it create stellar AI-powered applications for industrial players, it also committed to keeping those apps up and running under stringent SLAs. This ability to guarantee uptime was a key differentiator in an industry like manufacturing operations, where any failure can be catastrophic, and AI simply cannot be the weakest link in the chain. Eleius coined the term “AI Builder-Operator” and authored a detailed, in-depth marketing bible that documented and packaged the company’s ability to service specific industrial sectors, including lean manufacturing, oil & gas, discrete manufacturing and more. And we wrote three case studies that clearly demonstrated how Fieldbox delivered on its unique AI Builder-Operator promise.
Once we had zeroed in on what made Fieldbox’s offer truly unique, we moved on to creating a new visual identity and branding that clearly communicated their expertise in industrial AI. From there, we redesigned the company website, clearly positioning them as a trusted partner to industrial businesses—one that stands behind a promise of guaranteed AI uptime and continuity of operations. We put special care into ensuring website visitors could navigate down to very specific packaged solutions, tailored specifically to their industries and lines of business.
Eleius closed out the assignment with a sales training session on the new company messaging. In record time, we had armed Fieldbox with the positioning, identity and website it needed to scale globally.
Thanks to Eleius, the sales team now operates under a common umbrella, defined by a strong identity and a simple, unique promise: Fieldbox is a trusted partner to industrial businesses because it commits to AI uptime. And the sales process is now streamlined, thanks to the work we did packaging the company’s offer by industry sector and line-of-business solutions.

Success Story
Tageos is democratizing RFID technology thanks to its breakthrough fabrication process that creates paper-based labels at a lower cost, without compromising on quality. Tageos decided to officially launch its technology at RFID Live in Orlando, Florida, the biggest event in the industry calendar.

In parallel, Eleius assisted Tageos in all logistical aspects in the run up to their event, including booth design and media outreach.
